We offer services designed to assist employees facing personal, emotional,
behavioral, legal or financial problems. While designed to assist individual
employees, these products and services address employer needs for managing costs
and maintaining productivity levels.
Employers have the option of purchasing either the Employee Assistance Program
(EAP) or Managed Behavioral Health Services, or both. The Integrated Work/Life Service is available in conjunction with the EAP to employers with 51 or more
employees.
Employee Assistance Program
Helps employees and their families with short-term personal problems, such
as marital difficulties, substance abuse, financial problems, stress or other
emotional problems that may adversely affect job performance
Integrated Work/Life Service
Offers referral and educational support for employees with child care and/or
elder care issues.
Managed Behavioral Health Services
Provides referrals and authorizations for long-term services, including inpatient
care, outpatient treatment programs and residential treatment programs for those
employees needing ongoing and more intensive treatment.
